MANAGEMENT

Once the design plans are approved, you can rest easy knowing that the team at MAC Automated Solutions will take the lead and ensure successful project execution from start to finish.
We work closely with designers and contractors to integrate each project milestone—including prewiring and hardware installation—into the overall construction schedule of your new build or renovation. And we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way, updating you on the project’s progress and answering any questions you may have.

INSTALLATION

At each stage of the installation process—from prewiring and hardware installation to final component placement—our technical crew will deliver professional and courteous service anytime they’re in your home.
Once installed, we test each feature to ensure it is functioning and looking exactly how you envisioned it during the design and planning stages.

PROGRAMMING

At this last stage of implementation, MAC Automated Solutions’ technicians complete the final system setup, ensuring all systems are configured perfectly and working in sync.
Based on your specific design specifications, we make sure all controls are functioning effectively and are intuitive and easy to use.

SUPPORT

We want to empower you with everything you need to enjoy the benefits of your home automation system from the moment you move into your new or newly renovated home.
We’ll walk you through the onboarding process and provide detailed instructions on how to use the touchscreens.
